According to reports, on the Military Times, Sgt. Matthew Simmons (the one pictured with a tattoo) faces investigation for “allegedly” appearing in graphic online photos that show two men having sex. During his stint in gay porn, Simmons went by the name Christian Jade.

The article states that Simmons verified by email that he was facing investigation, and cited a statement from the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) that said the NCIS was looking into “whether Sgt. Matthew Simmons violated [Uniform Code of Military Justice] articles concerning indecent acts and sodomy while involved in the production of adult pornography.”

It’s also “alleged” that Simmons wore his uniform in some pornography in which he appears. In the pics shown on this post, “Christian Jade” is shown in a series of photos with “William West” from a video available at CollegeDudes247.com.

Too bad for Simmons that DADT is still in effect, although I’m not sure that even with the possible repeal of DADT it would protect anyone, gay or straight who plays in porn while in uniform.  That may be a whole other issue.  My advise, unless you simply don’t care what the world knows, keep the cameras off!
